These guys are pros. They are honest, professional, positive, friendly, and they know what they are doing. They are a bit pricer than a few other options in the area, but you get what you pay for. I have learned over the years that if you want to keep your car in good shape, you need to give it the best quality service. These guys are the best.

my brakes were feeling a little loose, so taking it in to ads i was sure i would hear bad news. and even for stuff i did not need. but i am happy they said all i needed was rear brakes adjusted and dome brake fluid. being retired and on a tight budget that was music to my ears..i recommed them to all my family and friends.

Had the front brakes done, while getting regularly scheduled oil change, based on this shop's previous recommendation. Work was done quickly. Front staff very courteous and helpful. Even fixed a broken windshield wiper. Excellent!

A friend recommended ADS to me due to not knowing any repair shops in area. I live in Tucson but this vehicle was up here at the time. My friend had a good experience with them with his Tahoe so I dropped off my Jimmy. Friendly and professional. This is my 2nd time using this shop and won't take my car anywhere else. They did some custom work for me and fixed a lot of issues as well as worked pretty hard to find me a new battery at a cheap price. Definitely plan on using them again soon.

I have been taking my personal auto's and for the last two years running a small fleet of commercial vehicles through ADS for maintenance. The workmanship is the best I have experienced and my CSR, Bob, always calls explaining the problem, the cost and when completed he calls again explaining the outcome. If a mistake is made they stand 100% behind their service offering.

After submitting my first review stating I was disappointed ADS did not clean the area where the radiator fluid spilled out, the actual owner of the company called me first thing Monday morning saying he will personally pick up my car from my place of work and clean the engine area and return my car to me. I was completely impressed with this and happy to accept his offer. I will be bringing my car back to ADS for future service! Thanks guys!

Brought vehicle in for routine oil/filter/lube change. I was on tight time schedule and they did their best to accommodate. I previously brought the vehicle in for a battery problem that should have been fixed by the Honda dealership. Dave and Bob are tremendously helpful. In this case, Bob not only had the battery replaced quickly, but also went the extra mile to contact Honda to reset the codes for the radio, etc. I originally came to ADS based on a friend's recommendation and would do the same for another friend.

I was referred to ADS by a friend who had previous work done. Me not knowing anything about exhaust systems and needing Exhaust Class 101 met with John. John spent a lot of time educating me on what I was getting and what was available for my Mustang. I learned of other options that were available to me for improving the HP and overall performance of my mustang. The shop is outstandingly clean. My exhaust system was ordered on a Wednesday. I was told the system would be in on Friday and he would call. On Friday, I received a call "as promised" and work was complete within 3 hours of that call to me. When dropping & picking up my car I was given a courtesy ride to and from work. I had the opportunity to speak to other staff members at ADS and all were professional & outstanding. Definitely will have them do further work to my Mustang. ADS is one I can Trust !! Thank you !

The people were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and the total out the door was exactly what they quoted me. My car needed a new radiator, it had cracked on the top and was leaking fluid which gives off a burning maple syrup smell. When I got the car home Friday night and pulled in the garage, there it was again, that powerful burning smell, I thought for sure a hose disconnected or something went wrong, turns out they never cleaned off the area when they were done with the job, all the old burnt residue was still under the hood. I now need to take my car to get the engine cleaned.

A great blend of customer service and automotive knowledge. I had the oil changed and asked them to inspect the vehicle for additional preventative maintenance. ADS' prices are not the cheapest in town, but their work is outstanding and they don't rip you off with unnecessary work. Ask for Bob.

I stopped by this shop for propane and ask the saleman if they had wipers for my vehicle. He said yes and that he would be glad to remove mine and then put the new ones on! My first visit to ADS was due to good reviews when I searched on the internet for a reputable repair shop in my area. I have to say that they are very good. When I want them to take me home, they will and will pick me up when my car is done. They fix what needs to be fixed. I would highly recommend this repair shop!

I have been going to ADS for auto repairs for the past couple years, and originally went based on some positive reviews on one of the websites. The staff is always professional and friendly. They let me know what needs to be fixed on my car, and if I need a ride home and back while my car is being repaired they will give me one. I would definitely recommend this car repair shop!!! |
